Provide a technically oriented membership group which will be continuously available to study the engineering aspects of subjects under deliberation by the Industrial Truck Association.

Responsibilities:

1. Promulgates the Industrial Truck Association Recommended Practices.
2. Maintains careful observation of activities of other groups, including International, Federal, State, and Municipal, which may be promulgating standards or regulations involving, or likely to involve safety, design or use of equipment manufactured by the membership, and recommends action to the Board of Directors when such is indicated.
3. Recommends ITA action with reference to standards and regulations being deliberated by outside groups.
